Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to receive your products in good condition. For any concerns:

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the order.
  • All return or replacement requests are subject to review and approval.
  • Customers may be required to provide proof of product condition, such as clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging upon receipt.
  • Requests submitted without sufficient proof or beyond the 24-hour window may not be eligible for return or replacement.
