CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation within 48 hours from the time the order is placed, provided that:

  • The order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Cancellation requests submitted after 48 hours or once order processing has started may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following cases:

  • Successful cancellation within the allowed window
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective items upon receipt (with proof such as photos/video)


3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days from confirmation of refund approval.

Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the customer’s bank processing time.


4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
Customers will be required to provide accurate bank account details.

The company will not be liable for delays or failed transfers due to incorrect bank details provided by the customer.


5. Cancellation & Refund Processing Fee

A ₱50 processing fee may be deducted from the refundable amount for approved cancellation and refund requests, except when:

  • The item delivered is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The order cannot be fulfilled by the company

In these cases, the refund will be processed without any fee deduction.

*The company reserves the right to waive fees in the interest of customer satisfaction and fair resolution.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Change of mind beyond the cancellation window
  • Improper handling or storage of perishable goods after delivery
  • Failure to provide required proof for damaged/wrong item claims
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
