Harvestime Mixed Berries Cupcakes with Green Tea Crumbs

Ingredients:
1 cup cake flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup Harvestine frozen raspberries
½ cup Harvestime frozen blueberries
½ cup Harvestime frozen strawberries
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup butter
1 pc egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp Japanese green tea powder “matcha”
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Procedure:
1.) cream the butter and sugar in the mixer until light and pale in color
2.) add the egg and vanilla extract and continue
3.) add flour and baking powder then continue to mix
4.) add all thawed frozen berries and continue
5.) scoop the batter to the cupcake liner on the muffin pan
6.) for green tea crumbs combine flour, sugar, green tea powder and black sesame seeds then crumb them together till well combined
7.) top the cupcake with green tea crumbs then finish it in the oven for 30 minutes.
